The Solo is built using ultra tough thermo-formed co-polymer finished with a SOLARCOTE UV proof acrylic coating: it is sun proof and retains its glossy yacht-like finish. Thermoformed polymer is stiff and will not change shape like rotocast polythylene when left in hot sunlight. The Solo 14 is modelled from the classic Whitehall Spirit 14 built by Whitehall Rowing & Sail since 1985. The hull shape is nearly identical to the Whitehall Spirit 14. The Solo 14 is thermo formed and features a molded interior offering a choice of either a single slideseat or one or two fixed seats.
